The Martin-Magbanua tandem hit a total of 1,733 pinfalls to prevail over Thomas Convoy and Mike Guerra, Tans Bernas and Yule Tanlimco, and Dave Guerra and William Lam.
Convoy-Guerra struck for 1,677 pinfalls to grab the second spot while Bernas-Tanlimco rolled 1,602 for third.
The doubles tournament is the newest event organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba) under its president Dr. Billy Magdale.
It also holds a Lanemaster competition, Tenpin Weekly and Monthly Tournaments and the Ladies competition. (MLSA)
