A WOMAN, identified only by her tattoo as Karra, fell to her death from the fourth level of a mall to its basement Thursday afternoon.
Witnesses said the woman was going down the escalator at around 5 p.m. Thursday and was about to call someone on her cellphone when she lost her balance and fell off the railing.
