Flores emerges Datba '07 Bowler of the Year
LAWYER Joseph Flores emerged champion in the just-concluded Datba Bowler of the Year 2007 Tournament at the Fairlanes Bowling Center.
Flores garnered a total of 1,575 pinfalls after eight to grab the top spot of the step-the-ladder finals.

Vivian Kuwahara rolled 1,539 pinfalls to place second, while Art Galendez
(1,524) and James Young (1,506) came third and fourth, respectively.
In the up the ladder round, Galendez beat Young to arrange a clash against Kuwahara who pulled off the win. The ladder succumbed to Flores in the championship match.
Flores went home with a cash prize of P8,000, while Kuwahara received P5,000 and Galendez got P3,000. They also won trophies.
Vic Te meantime pocketed P8,000 after topping the Datba 800 Club Championship 2007 while runner-up lawyer Marc Fernandez bagged P5,000 and third-placer Mayor Al Langkuno received P3,000. (MLSA)
