For this, Duterte said, he might just declare Davao City as an "open city" for all the presidentiables.
"It's a case to case basis for the people of Davao," Duterte said.
Asked if after 2010 he would accept a national or a cabinet post, Duterte said his interest is in serving only the Dabawenyos and nothing more.
"A national position does not appeal to me at all. I'm not interested in power, in influence but in serving the Dabawenyos only. Ayokong maging cabinet official, para kang utusan nyan," Duterte said.
