The 15-year-old Mayono, a veteran in the Palarong Pambansa and National Age-Group Badminton Championships, came next while Baguio City's 14-year-old track and field athlete Melissa Naputo finished fifth.
Iloilo bet Shauden Uy de Ong, a 10-year-old taekwondo player, placed sixth in the nationwide search that attracted a total of 20 contestants.
