Guzman rules Dutba tourney
JP Guzman hit a total of 820 pinfalls to emerge champion in the Dutba Bowler of the Week Tournament at the NCCC Mall B3 Center Friday night.
He prevailed over William Lam who bagged the runner-up honors after rolling 809 pins in the event organized by the Durian Tenpin Bowlers Association.

Retired government employee Paul Rabe placed third with 777 followed by Romy Garcia and Ed Sulamin who came fourth and fifth, respectively.
Garcia struck for 758 pinfalls while Sulamin amassed 752.
Guzman qualified for the monthly finals along with Rabe, Lam, Lito Balunan, Sulamin, Rommy Serrano, Tess Gancio and Rober Tepoot.
