Sara not keen on issuing new permits for billboards
For linemen from the Davao Light and Power Company, the phrase "living the high life" does not have anything to do with being big-spenders, partying, and boozing. Rather, it's literally being perched up there as they fix Sunday power lines along the highway.(Sun.Star Davao/Seth delos Reyes)
VICE Mayor Sara Duterte, in her capacity as acting mayor, is not keen on giving new permits for the construction of billboards here in Davao City.

In Sunday's "Gikan sa Masa, Para sa Masa", the young Duterte said her policy would be to discourage the mushrooming of billboard structures in the city because of the hazard they pose especially in residential areas where they are mostly located.
