DC-Prisaa cagefest kicks off Jan. 26

VOLLEYBALL and basketball will kick off the 2008 Davao City-Private Schools Athletic Association (Prisaa) Meet on Jan. 26.

Brokenshire College (BC) will host volleyball while basketball will be played at the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC).

The DC-Prisaa Meet will go full blast on Feb. 22 to 25 while the Davao Region Prisaa Meet is slated March 7 to 9. Qualified athletes will advance to the National Prisaa Finals on April 7 to 13 in Zamboanga City.

The DC-Prisaa in Southern Mindanao held a meeting recently, which was attended by DC-Prisaa president Pedro San Jose and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) regional director Dr. Zenaida Tortogo.

The next joint board meeting is set on Feb. 10 at the Davao Doctors College.
