REPRESENTATIVE Prospero Nograles (1st district, Davao City) is allotting P40 million for the flood control and road concreting project in Talomo and Ma-a this city. Nograles sourced the budget outside his regular development fund allotment.
In a statement, lawyer Karlo Nograles, chief of staff of Nograles, said such is the advantage of being a respected senior member of the Congress.
