He pulled off the win over veterans Romy Serrano, Romy Sy and Romy Garcia in the weekly qualifying event organized by the Durian Tenpin Bowlers Association (Dutba).
Sulamin earned a January monthly finals berth along with early qualifiers JP Guzman, Paul Rabe, William Lam, Lito Balunan, Romy Serrano, Romy Garcia, Tess Gancio and Rober Tepoot.
The monthly finals is set on February 1 at the same venue where cash prizes and trophies await the winners.
The monthly champion will also gain a slot to the Bowler of the Year. (MLSA)
