CHIEF City Prosecutor Raul B. Bendigo has set February 11 as the deadline for the broadcaster accused of killing Fernando "Batman" Lintuan to submit his counter-affidavit.
Bendigo is tasked to handle the murder charges at the city prosecution level being the chair of the Department of Justice (DOJ) panel for extrajudicial killings.
