A rafflesia flower in the forest of Barangay Mapawa, Maragusan, Compostela Valley. Rafflesia is an endangered flower specie that grows in the jungles of Southeast Asia including the Philippines. It is known to produce the largest individual flower on earth with a diameter of nearly a meter and can weigh up to 11 kilograms.
