Army's 10th ID to have new chief By Ben O. Tesiorna
THE Philippine Army's 10th Infantry Division based in Panacan, Davao City is set to have a new chief, as officer-in-charge Brigadier General Antonio Amodia will relinquish the command to Major General Jogy Leo Fojas.
The turnover ceremony will be held on Tuesday at the grandstand of the Naval Far Eastern Mindanao in Camp Panacan, Davao City at around 8:30 a.m.

Attending the ceremony is Army chief Lieutenant General Alexander Yano. Just last month, the post was turned over by Major General Ernesto Boac to Amodia in an OIC capacity.
The Army's 10th ID operates in Davao Region, including three towns of Agusan del Sur, five towns of North Cotabato, whole of South Cotabato, Sarangani, and Colombio of Sultan Kudarat.
The Army division was activated on August 16, 2006 with its base here in Davao City.
