Bakery workshops at FPP Mindanao
THE very successful and well-attended food event organized by Premier Events Plus Group Incorporation (PEPGroup) is back.
FPP Mindanao 2008, the Food Processing and Packaging Technology Expo, tagged as the most focused food expo in Mindanao, will be held daily from June 18 to 21 at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in Davao City.

Bigger and better, FPP Mindanao 2008 covers a most comprehensive food and beverage supply display from cartoning and cup sealing machines, bakery/restaurant and catering and other food service equipment, noodle making machine, preservation technology, labeling, coding and marking, evaporators, flavors and fragrances, packaging machineries and supplies, fats and oils, confectionery, dairy, food ingredients and raw materials, meat processing machinery, noodle making machine, smoke housing, among many others.
Free bakery workshops and technical sessions will also be held during the four-day event on topics such as donut making, waffle making, unique breads using ampalaya, pastries for the upscale market, and in demand pizzas with the perfect crust.
Variations and techniques will be discussed lengthily to help those engaged or thinking of engaging in the bakery business.
