THE City Executives continued its winning run in Game 3 of the Executive-Liga ng Barangay Basketball Games, Wednesday evening, at the Almendras Gym.
The Executives trounced the Barangay team, 103-92, behind the 55-point production of city sports coordinator Christopher "Bong" Go and the 29 points from General Services Officer lawyer Marvin "Oying" Melodias.
Go started waxing hot in the first half by pumping 28 points to give the Executives the lead, 56-39, but the barangay leaders rallied in the third quarter with Barangay Captain Arnulfo Apostol leading the charge.
The Executives, however, bounced back in the fourth quarter as Go drilled in 19 points.
