City Council standardizes road closures, tax exempts

THE Davao City Council has issued a new memorandum standardizing the approval of requests for road closures and tax exemption.

In a letter dated May 12, 2008, Vice Mayor Sara Z. Duterte said there is a need for a standard process to ensure order.
