The group's goal is to have an avenue for information and research technology. This also includes the goal to better service the community geared towards the advocacy of quality and excellence.
The group will spearhead trainings and seminars in baking, food safety, sanitation, recent trends in the bakery world, HACCP, marketing, packaging and many more.
The group is headed by the newly elected president Vincent "Enteng" Rodriguez.
