The entire day will witness exercise enthusiasts from different gyms in the city as they out best each other to survive the rigorous three hours of aerobics exercise.
HGS held a series of aerobics marathon, kicking off last May 23 with a three-hour marathon for its members.
A total of 50 HGS members from different dance-based group exercise classes like Latin, Strip Tease, Hiphop, and Retro Dance participated.
HGS is hosting a free exercise every Sunday at the SM City car park.
