ITS all systems go for the First Bike for SOS fun ride for a cause on Sunday from the Victoria Plaza parking lot going to the SOS Children's Village at the Jose P. Laurel Avenue, Davao City.
Davao Pobre Bikers Association (Dapoba) president Dominic Carpio, in a statement, said the event will feature a 20-kilometer mixed terrain ride passing through barangays Tigatto, Waan, Magtuod, and Langub.
"A special fun race for beginners, meanwhile, will flag off in Waan," Carpio said.
He said proceeds of the bikefest will benefit the wards of SOS Children's Village.
"Special items will be raffled off to lucky participants as well as special awards during the brunch and awarding ceremonies at SOS Children's Village," Carpio said.
Registration fee is P200 inclusive of souvenir shirt, meals, raffle items and certificate of participation. (MLSA)
