Fernandez in Malaysia to attend conference

PHILIPPINE Sports Commission (PSC) Mindanao Satellite Office sport consultant Ed Fernandez left for Malaysia on Monday to attend the country to the 4th Bimp-Eaga Sports Council Conference this week.

Fernandez said he would represent PSC to the meeting that also expects sports officials from Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Brunei is this year's host of the Bimp-Eaga Friendship Games set in November.

The event features athletics, swimming, badminton, lawn tennis and sepak takraw, among others. (MLSA)
