Catangue is the awardee for road bike while Yap is the top mountain bike rider.
Both Yap and Catangue are also members of the Inday Sara Duterte cycling team, which will be given citation during the affair.
Danny Tapao, Allan Salutillo, and Melchor Labaya Jr. are the other members of the Inday Sara team, which topped the 2008 Araw ng Dabaw and Islandi Garden City of Samal Festival races. (CRAM)
