SECURITY measures in various facilities of the Davao City Water District (DCWD) have been tightened following reports that the water utility has been included in the New People's Army (NPA) "hot list."
Other companies that were reportedly included in the hot list are Lapanday Foods Corporation, Dole-Stanfilco Philippines, and Franklin Baker.
