MetroLifestyle ends summer campaign

METROLIFESTYLE Fitness Center and Spa's summer ender campaign has finally come to a triumphant finish.

With much enthusiasm and armored with the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie, the MetroLifestyle Team did not only win in various competitions last month but also showed compassion to the disadvantaged and advanced further their campaign for an active and healthy lifestyle.

Last June 14-15, gym instructor Tophe Eyao was the champ in the Triathlon Event (Hardcore) of the 3rd Naliyagan National Bikefest at Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

In partnership with Pearl Farm Beach Resort, MetroLifestyle conducted a group fitness exercise by the beach during the Father's Day celebration last June 15.

Group exercises instructors Nell Astudillo, Corbett Alforque, Mobie Escamis and Fritz Freire spearheaded various group exercises such as MetroStrike, MetroFlex, MetroBop, and MetroFunk.

Television viewers across Southern Mindanao got to see the latest group exercises in the metro with the TV launch of MetroFlex, MetroFunk and MetroMoves last June 16 and 23 through an on air aero classes in ABS-CBN's morning show, "Maayon Buntag Mindanao."

The on air aero session was led by instructors Fritz Freire, Corbett Alfforque, Mobie Escamis and Bonn Sarabia.

Last June 16, MetroLifestyle officially launched its latest martial arts program, The Bushido-Kai Karate (BKK), also in "Maayong Buntag Mindanao".
