Indak-indak is open to out-of-towners
UNLIKE last year when it was made exclusively for Davao-based groups, the Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan 2008 will once again be participated in by out-of-town contingents.
City Councilor Edgar Ibuyan, who is also the Indak-indak chair, said the activity has been divided in three different categories -- out-of-town contingents, Davao-based contingents, and indigenous peoples contingents.
