AFP: It's not an all-out war
Vice Governor Emmanuel "Manny" Piñol of North Cotabato, who filed a petition before the SC to stop the signing of the memorandum agreement on ancestral domain between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, announces their plan to hold a vigil and prayer rally near the Supreme Court on the evening of August 14, 2008. Major General Armando Cunanan of the Eastern Mindanao Command said the decision to wage an all out war against the MILF group is a decision that must be made by the executive.
