CommPhil honors 2nd quarter top performers

IN YET another fun-filled themed event Communities Philippines is known for, the city's No. 1 property developer rewarded its top guns in sales for the 2nd quarter.

Realtors and brokers joined the "CommPhil's Semi-Annual Awards 2008" dressed as cowboys and cowgirls, in keeping with the event's theme.

Ranchero Grill and Restaurant was filled to the rafters last July.

It was a grand slam for TVG Realty as its creme de la creme carted away the top prizes for all categories, with the other business units not far behind.

The cowboys ruled the Property Executive (PE) Category, with Angelito O. Paña (TVG Realty) as top gun, and Carlos Velasco III (Grandeur) and Humphrey King Romero (Excel) right at his heels.

Danilo V. Vergara (TVG Realty) came out the Top Division Manager (DM), followed by Juliet B. Abello (Everest) and Anne Meryl A. Alderite (PCPI) in second and third.

Clinching the triple win for TVG Realty was Emma Concepcion V. Vergara, the grand dame in the Business Director (BD) Category, with Teresita P. Gonzaga (Excel) and Letecia B. Ablas (Everest) next in the running.

The affair's western theme had its own highlight when Elvira Arce of Golden Arc and Marlo Fortes of Belleforte were declared the best-dressed cowgirl and cowboy of the night.

As Communities Philippines continue to roll out exciting promotions of its top-rated projects in the region, its realtors and brokers also gear up to meet the challenges in the market to conquer the rest of the year.
