Joshua Adaliad and Bryan Montero helped the Kings win with 10 points, each while Nino Serino topscored for the losing side with 14 baskets.

In the second game of the tournament Emar clinched its second win at the expense of RMC, 92-89.

The tournament was supported by Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte and Vice Mayor Sara Z. Duterte.

It was sanctioned by BAP-Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas Regional Director Regino "Boy" Cua.

Juvanie Jimenez spearheaded Emar's scoring charge with 18 points while Mohaliden Distancia canned in 18 for RMC but could not get the needed back up from his teammates.
