This was the second woman found lifeless in a week, and as of this writing Monday, police authorities have not yet identified both victims.
Last August 20, a dead woman was found at Jade Valley subdivision, Barangay Tigatto, Buhangin, Davao City.
The victim was tied up when found on the river around 5 p.m. of August 24.
Galban described the victim to be in his late 20s, around 5'3" in height and was wearing a brown shirt and a pair of short pants.
The body could have been killed around three days ago since it was already in a state of decomposition.
The victim was brought to the Angel Funeral Homes to await claimants. (RMH)
