Dawan bets sizzle in sepak takraw

THE Dawan, Mati, Davao Oriental team ruled the 2008 Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte-Vice Mayor Inday Sara Duterte Kadayawan Sepak Takraw Tournament at the City Hall Drive over the weekend.

Mati edged Lupon, Davao Oriental, 2-1, in the finals of the meet sanctioned by the Davao City Sepak Takraw Association (DCSTA).

The Wangan National High School placed third, while Calinan National High School came fourth.hies were awarded to the winners of the high school, college and women's categories.

DCSTA president Nilda Sebellino said cash prizes will also be given to the winners. (MLSA)
