IED explodes outside Kudarat public market

AN IMPROVISED explosive device exploded in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat Monday morning, while another IED was recovered in Tacurong City. No one was injured.

A report from the military's Eastern Mindanao Command said the explosion happened around 4:30 a.m. of September 8 at the entrance of the Isulan public market.

Two hours later, troops from Task Force Talakudong, while on security patrol, discovered an IED planted near the Juslom bakery fronting the Tamondong Hospital in Tacurong City.

The IED was safely detonated by authorities. (BOT)
