The girl said she has been living with her aunt's family since 2006 and that Joseph, her aunt's husband, has been molesting her whenever her aunt is not around.
She said two such incidents happened on July 10 and September 14, 2008, when Joseph arrived home drunk.
She finally broke her silence and told her aunt about what she has been going through, thus the filing of the case. The suspect remains at large.
