Charged were Alias Ram and another unidentified man after prosecutor Carlos Castaños found probable cause to hold them for court trial based on the accounts of the witness, Ryan Rabanes, a barangay policeman of Talomo and co-worker of Ram at a slaughterhouse in Madapo Hills.
Rabanes said he was on his way to the slaughterhouse around 12:30 p.m. of March 31 when he heard a gunshot. He rushed to where the gunshot came from and hid behind a stall at the corner of Carnation Street when he saw a man lying on the ground, apparently shot.
He also saw two persons fire at the man on the ground.
No bail was recommended for each of the respondent's temporary liberty.
