This after denying rumors that PRO-Southern Mindanao will be undergoing some massive changes.

"I have already received the (preliminary) order, but not the formal order," Caro told reporters last Saturday as he was making his rounds in various cemeteries, checking on the security measures implemented by the police force.

Caro added that he is being promoted to director of the Integrated Police Office for Eastern Mindanao, a two-star general post, from his current post as regional police director, which is a one-star general post.

"Although we have a satellite office here, I will be assigned in Camp Crame," Caro said.

He said that his stint in Southern Mindanao has been very personally fulfilling for him.

"We will follow the order," Caro said, adding that he has no idea as to who may replace him as regional director of the police force in Southern Mindanao. (CPM)
