CHARGES have been filed against an official of the Philippine National Police (PNP) who was accused by his wife of cohabiting with their former helper.
Charged with concubine was Police Superintendent Leonardo Felonia, now assigned at Police Regional Office (PRO)-Southern Mindanao.
Felonia was charged based on the affidavit executed by his wife, Gloria.
In an affidavit, she said she was married to the accused in South Cotabato in 1991 and had two children with him.
Her husband left their house in August 2004 although he still visits their children during weekends, she said. She later learned that even though they have not dissolved their marriage, he was already cohabiting with their former helper.
This information was affirmed by her husband's nephew who lived with Superintendent Felonia in Madapo Hills. (RMH)
