MELITON Lunggakit, Luciano Lamoste and Alfredo Dejuan won their respective divisions in the recently-concluded Pahalipay sa Pasko Sportsfest ni Mayor Rudy Duterte and Vice-Mayor Sara Duterte dama tournament at Osmeña Park.
Lunggakit defeated Edwin Cabalquinto for the Class A title, while Lamoste outwitted Ahmad Ismail Buron for the Class B crown.
Dejuan, meanwhile, finished off Romeo Orcajo for the Class C plum.
The tournament was initiated by Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte and Vice Mayor Sara Duterte in partnership with Davao City Dama Association, Inc.
headed by its president and tournament chairman Marcelino F. Bongcaras.
Ronnie Cerna finished second runner-up, while Wilfredo Meñosa ended third runner-up in class A. Flavino Lugatiman settled for second runner-up honors in B as Vironico Casada clinched the third runner-up spot.
In class C, Cesar Traya landed second runner-up, followed by Alejandro Aglipa.
