EACH year, the Ateneo de Davao grand alumni homecoming is something to look for. The reunion last December 30, 2008 at The Venue proved to be another success, thanks to high school Batch '83 who hosted the event.
It was truly a night of fun and laughter, reminiscence and gratitude, for all blue-blooded Ateneans. The Ateneo spirit continues to live in the hearts of its alumni, wherever they may be and whatever profession they choose to embark.
Each year, a batch celebrating their 25th year of graduation from high school is tasked to host the grand alumni homecoming. No easy feat here and to make the event a success, team spirit, unity and perseverance are vital.
Batch '84 is set to host this year's grand reunion and already plans are in place. Another venue, equally spacious and can accommodate thousands of Ateneans and their families, is scouted.
Let's toast to another fruitful year and hope for the best in the years to come.
