Ateneo booters draw with Emar

THE Emar Learning Center and Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU)-A played to a 1-1 standoff in the resumption of the Mayor Rody Duterte and Vice Mayor Inday Sara Duterte Cup Holcim Inter-High School Football Tournament at the Tionko Football Grounds over the weekend.

Emar kept its lead in Group A with four points in the Holcim Philippines-sponsored bootffest presented by Mayor Duterte and Vice-Mayor Duterte in coordination with the Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office.

Ateneo B beat Erico Nograles National High School, 1-0, while Holy Child nipped Davao City National High School (DCNHS), 3-2, in Group C.

The Indonesian School defeated Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School (DRANHS), 1-0, while Emar B routed SOS Children's Village, 6-0. Calinan edged UM, 4-3.

Matches will resume on Saturday. (MLSA)
