NEW applications for water connection in the Toril area have been suspended by the Davao City Water District (DCWD) after its water system reached its maximum capacity.
Imelda Magsuci, spokesperson of DCWD, said their Toril and Lubogan systems have already reached full capacity. She said if they continue connecting water to more households in Toril, many of their clients would start experiencing low water pressure.
