GOVERNOR George Arnaiz Thursday dared militant groups to talk with him face-to-face about their accusations that his administration failed to help improve the lot of farmers in the province.
The challenge came the same day after militant groups Kilusang Mayo Uno, Karapatan, Kaugmaon-KMP, and League of Filipino Students led by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) held a press conference condemning the deployment of a battalion of scout rangers to Negros Oriental.
