Drug suspect nabbed

ANTI-drug agents arrested Thursday afternoon a 20-year-old man from Barangay Looc following surveillance by elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Criminal Investigation Group.
The agents confiscated from the suspect, Ryan Antipuesto, 20, single, a transparent plastic sachet containing what is believed to be shabu.
Police said the joint team was monitoring Looc when they caught Antipuesto in the act of selling the substance inside the Looc public market.
The agents immediately arrested the suspect and later charged him for violating Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002.
He is now detained at the city police station cell.
