The NTC has conducted the mandatory hearing for the application and Garcia is awaiting the commissions.

The businessman intends to name the venture Canlaon Cable TV and plans to open a network all over the country.

The Canlaon City Council has endorsed the application.

Garcia said the proposed cable television will benefit the viewing public considering that they will be provided easy access to various educational, sports, news data and information, quality entertainment, livelihood, socio-cultural, community, religious, and other wholesome programs through the cable system.
