PROVINCIAL Attorney Erwin Vergara accused the Dumaguete City Council of lack of respect to the Provincial Board of Negros Oriental by pushing ahead with the implementation of the city's invalidated amended traffic ordinance.
Specifically, the City Council is bent on implementing the ordinance's automatic tricycle rate increase and decrease depending on the fluctuation of gasoline prices.
