Biz Hub.com opens

THERE is no stopping for technology to invade every nook of this country. Evidence of this is the mushrooming of Internet cafes along the National Road of Dumaguete City near Negros Oriental State University (Norsu) and Capitol Center.
But there is one Internet café that stood out among them--Biz Hub.com located at the ground floor of Natz Building in front of the Capitol Center.
According to Mr. Prem Bernadez, a capitalist and a venturer of Biz Hub.com, the target market for this is Class A to Class C, from students to business professionals.
It is a perfect place for them because it is near the Capitol Highway fronting the Capitol Building, Negros Oriental State University and Negros Oriental High School.
Biz Hub.com has just opened its doors to the public last June 21, 2005.
Architect Renato infante, Sr. and Miss Silliman Stacey Alacantara cut the ribbon during its opening night. The food was great and the guests wee just impressive.
The café was established by brothers, Ramesh and Steve Bernadez--a technical setup for their Internet Café in Biz Hub.com, and lastly, Prem J. Bernadez who believe that Internet cafes should not be reduced to a mere gaming place but a comfortable and decent hub center for students and professionals.
According to Steve Bernandez, "Our Computers are the latest and the fastest in the computing and gaming technology, using the latest AMD 64-bit processing speed and NVIDIA's top-of the line video card with a memory of 256megabytes and 128 bit chipset" Mr. Ramesh declared also the statement which is the same opinion of his brother Steve.
It can also access and it is boosted with the SATA hard disk technology.
According to Steve, they have their Accounting and Auditing firm that is Bernandez and Associates and he also told Sun.Star that it is also consultancy bases which is located in Makati City, Metro Manila.
The total cost for log in per hour is P20 per hour, P 3 for printing, they also have Xerox which is based in two types first is ordinary and then next is Selex which results a clear copy for the common needs of the customers.
I also interview Ramesh Bernandez with his permission in front of this dinning table facing in front of me face to face, he said that his reaction for this opening this Internet Café is that to be successful business in terms of computer access in the internet café, at least they must have 1,000 users of their computers in one month, it helps the students for research purposes.
They have 4 to 5 workers in the Internet cafe. He also told me that if the internet clicks, they are planning to have a venture in franchising internet café but for the meantime they will concentrate Dumaguete first before other places which is totally saturated area.
