Sara Lee Dumaguete celebrates 2005 quarterly sales assembly

SARA Lee Direct Selling, one of the most popular direct selling of cosmetics fragrance, apparel and toiletries celebrated its Quarterly Sales Assembly. Their theme was " Winning Hearts".
The guest speaker for their event was Agnes Delgado, a sales director of the whole Visayas region, held at the ground floor of Ang Tay Building, Colon corner Perdices Streets.
The event happened last June 19, 2005.
Inside their office, several people enjoyed their privileges for their incentives and claimed their awards for their respective positions, achieving success in their business.
According to Delgado, there are six steps in winning for the direct selling.
First, they must use their strength; that means they will always smile to the customer.
Second, use your wisdom, which means, whether good or bad, success or failure, they will use it as actual value at all times when it comes to winning.
Third, play with courage. There was a member whose name is Courage (family name, Abueva) For Courage, it symbolized luck.
Fourth, play with strategy. This means planning and preparedness at all cost.
Fifth, play with time. This means dealing with time management.
And finally, play well with others because that is the only choice of winning when it comes to direct selling.
Gina Cagubcab, field sales and operations manager, said that Joy Abueva one of the top independent business managers in Dumaguete City has achieved top sales in cosmetics because the minimum sales was only P15,000 for cosmetics, fragrances and toiletries. She was also given a gift pack from Sara Lee Direct Selling.
Cagubcab added that Abueva reached the sales of P70,204 in January 2005 and P66,343 in February, 2005.
