Mighty Joe sweeps Level Up Cafe Awards

MIGHTY Joe Internet Center proved to be the undisputed leader in the Internet Cafe industry bagging 3 of 4 awards given out by the leading online game publisher, Level Up Inc., last December 1, 2005 at the Spanish Heritage in Dumaguete City.
Level Up Inc. is a distributor of popular online games like Ragnarok, R.O.S.E., OZ World, RF Online, Hyper Relay, Freestyle and Gunz Online.
Don Mark Co, coordinator of Mighty Joe Internet Café in Dumaguete City, said Mighty Joe won the Best in Cafe Promotions, Most Updated and Complete Level Up Games Installed, and the Most Supportive Cafe Award, which bested more than 100 Internet cafes in Oriental Negros.
Co added that Netopia and Millennium Cafe tied for the Best Dressed Cafe Award, the only award that Mighty Joe failed to bag.
The Internet Cafe Association of Negros Oriental was given a special citation for its contribution to the industry.
Co said that the Level Up Cafe Awards is the first of its kind to recognize the efforts of Internet cafes and business organizations to bring out excellence from the stakeholders in the industry throughout the country.
The award giving body would also conduct awarding rights in other major cities in the country from December 1 onwards.
