Wine, women, and revelers By Neil C. Rio
HUNDREDS of visitors flocked to Sibulan on June 13 for its annual fiesta to honor St. Antony of Padua.
Like other fiestas throughout the country, rich and poor alike share their bounty with visitors from neighboring towns and cities.
The Lequin family was among them, treating their guests with special food and wine as a way to honor the patron saint.
