Perdices clarified that the law clearly show that drivers without mayor's permit are now allowed to pick-up passengers within the jurisdiction of the City Government of Dumaguete City.
"That cannot be. We are like anarchy," said Perdices adding, "They will be arrested."
Perdices, however, quickly said he is not convinced that majority of the drivers will not secure a mayor's permit.
"I have not seen any reason why they will not secure a mayor's permit," he said.
Drivers belonging to militant group in Dumaguete City boycott the mayor's permit this year.
