Shootfest winners known

THE Dumaguete Shooters Association Inc. announced the winners of the Dumaguete City shootfest held at Looc Pistol Range last Sunday.

Winner of the open category was Mark Ang.

Winners of the standard high capacity are 2nd runner-up Joffrey Chan, first runner-up Carlos Roxas, and champion Albino Solon.

Winners of the standard single stack are 2nd runner-up Rogelio Pineneda, 1st runner-up Mark Arada, and champion Ernesto Dy.

In the production category, Nick Tagle grabbed the championship trophy while Dongdong Chan and Levi Belcena were the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up.

In the range officer's match, declared champions were Rogelio Pineda (production category), Michael Arada and Rowgun Fausto (standard high capacity), Albino Solon (senior), and Napoleon Oracion (super senior).

The PNP Team prevailed in the Special Rally Event.

The team was headed by Major Rey Andot, Insp. Rogelio Pineda, Senior Police Officer 3 Benedian and Police Officer 2 Mananquil.

Over 60 shooters graced the occasion.

This year's officers of Dumaguete Shooters Association Inc. are Mr. Roy T. Cang, president (owner of Bethel Guest House); Pepito M. Andaya, vice president; Atty. Jose Ramon, Nakao secretary; Emmanuel E. Baylon, treasurer; Ronaldo G. Tomarong, auditor. Members of the board of directors are Nicolasito B. Diamante, Dr. Napoleon R. Oracion, Dr. Revey S. Nuico, Mr. Albino K. Solon, and Atty. Herbert P. Timtim.
