THE Foundation University (FU) team blasted forward to avenge their lost in game 2 of the championship round against ACSAT Lightnings and notched the questionable victory, 64-60, in the best of three series to capture the 2007 6th Inter-School Governor’s Cup Basketball Championship, played at the Lamberto Macias Sports and Cultural Center at Capitol Area last week.
The ACSAT ruled the court in the opening quarter but in the final period the FU’s team established their superiority to spark the victory by just four points.
