THE two high-powered teams in Philippines Basketball Association (PBA) are back again for out-of-town games at the Lamberto Macias Sports Center at the Capitol Area Saturday.
The Showdown will feature Talk "N" Text Phone Pals and the Purefoods Chunky Giants that both notched their first victory in the opening salvo of the conference.
The Phone Pals demolished last year's Champion Alaska Aces in last Wednesday's games and Purefoods grounded rival team Sta. Lucia Realtors.
Coach Ryan Gregorio of Purefoods managed to power up the team to win the game and get revenge after losing to Barangay Ginebra during the conference showdown last year.
James Yap led Purefoods with the support of his teammates Roger Yap, Peter June Simon, and Richard Yee.
Coach Derrick Pumaren of Talk "N" Text is confident that three key star players Asi Taulava, Jimmy Alapag, and Remren Retualo will do their best Saturday.
The game fires from the Coliseum at 4 p.m. and will be aired livevia radio dyRM, the official radio station covering the PBA action.
